Yes! We we are fully insured for your peace of mind.

 

Do you work with pets?

Yes! We love all pets!

What do you bring? 

We ask that clients supply the basic cleaning supplies; ​ glass cleaner. any all purpose spray, vim cream cleanser (not spray) and/or barkeepers friend cream cleanser, toilet bowl cleaner (with a toilet brush) Should you prefer a specific cleaner please have it ready for our staff.  We will bring the rest!

Do you have a minimum of hours worked in one session?

Yes, we have a 2 hour minimum for all of our cleans.

Do you give receipts?

Yes! Receipts will be provided upon completion of your payment.  We can also give statements for tax purposes.

How do we pay the invoice?

Payments can be made via debit or credit. After the work has been completed, I will email you the invoice. I ask that clients pay within 48-hours.

Do you have a cancellation fee?

Yes! If you fail to cancel without 24-hours notice you will be charged a 50% fee.

​

Can we tip the cleaner?

Yes! Tips are welcome! 100% of tips go to the cleaner.  Simply add on the tip to your payment and it will go directly to the cleaner.

Are your services guaranteed?

Yes! Please inform us within 48 hours if you are not 100% satisfied with your cleaning.  We do not give refunds, however, we will come back to fix what was missed! If you can, please send photos of the area that was missed.

Do you take special requests?

Yes! Special requests are welcome too, just let us know what your needs are! 

​

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! All Canadian Armed Forces Veterans receive an 11% discount for their cleaning services.  Our way of saying Thank you!
